We try to process orders quickly; because of this, we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or exchanges. There are no returns; all sales are final.
If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and the nature of the issue. For damages or defects, please include photos. We will generate a return shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. Please note that we can only provide pre-paid return labels for US shipments. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more in stock. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used in any way.
If you refuse delivery of an order you've placed, it will be returned to The True Love Guide. Shipping charges are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
